Rethinking Schools out of Mil., WI has a booklet on it as well as
numerous articles in past issues. Also there is a PBS video titled
Children In America's Schools with Bill Moyers which is very good on how
we fund schools and raises questions about "choice".
If you can't get a copy let me know and I'll mail you my copy to borrow.
I'm sure others on the list will have more resources as well.
